Due to the digital nature of the products, services, audio experiences, activations, protocols, and member content provided within this ecosystem, all sales are generally considered final once access has been granted.
However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur.
- Digital Products
Once digital access has been delivered, downloaded, streamed, or made available inside the member portal, refunds are typically not provided.
This includes:
- Digital courses
- Audio experiences
- Activations
- Ebooks
- Protocols
- Member portal access
- Downloadable resources
- Sessions & Bookings
1:1 sessions and booking-based services are reserved specifically for each client.
If rescheduling is needed, please contact support within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled session.
Missed appointments or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
- Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your purchase, please contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
- Duplicate Purchases
Accidental duplicate purchases may be eligible for review and potential refund if reported quickly after the transaction.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving access to digital content may result in immediate revocation of access to all products and services.
- Case-by-Case Review
While refunds are generally not guaranteed, we may review exceptional situations individually at our discretion.
